Your Immune System is Your Defense & Healing System

The immune system is both your self-defense system and self-healing mechanism.


Inflammation is a measure of your immune system, informing us that there is a repair deficiency. All diseases are a form of inflammation informing us that our lifestyle choices have excess toxins.


There are many (little) toxins that add up to huge bio-loads which then suppress our immune system.  Top chemical toxins are GMOs, pesticides/herbicides (glyphosate), medications/antibiotics, phthalate from plastic, heavy metals, sugar, gluten, processed foods, arsenics, DOT, PCB. The top emotional toxin is stress.


On the other hand, immune enhancers are antioxidants such as Vitamin A, C & E, pre & pro-probiotics found in fermented foods, and herbs such as medicinal mushrooms. Positive physical elements such as Meditation, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga and positive energies such as relaxation, calmness, laughter and connection enhance the immune system. These good elements feed and stimulate the white blood cells or fighter & repair cells.  


As 80% of the immune system is in the lymph organ of our gut, it is our front line of defense.   The lymph organ does not have a pump to detox so it requires plenty of water, movement, antioxidants and sleep to be working at optimum levels. It should be our priority to feed the gut strong “immune enhancers” and take away toxins.
