Movement is essential! Moving around boosts your happy hormones and detoxes your body.

 

Current NASA studies indicate that sitting is the new smoking, meaning a sedentary lifestyle is negatively affecting your lifespan.

 

So shake-it, whether it is just cleaning the dishes the old-fashioned way, using the stairs, parking further, movement is key.
