Meet Mimi

My health & wellness journey began when my father was diagnosed with colon cancer.  My search for healthy longevity solutions resulted in certifications in the Traditional Chinese Healing Arts, Anti-Aging and Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation and Reiki.

 

I discovered our own healing powers, the healing powers of nature and miraculous herbs. Many of these time-honored ancient wisdoms are now backed by modern science!  My main discovery is that our body is really incredible when we give it the right natural healing tools.

Constant stress was my past self.  Now, I have learned to identify it, balance it or convert it into positive energy.  Why?  Stress = inflammation which has all to do with DIS-EASE!  It impacts immune health and longevity.  My frame is small but I was a huge stress ball.  I overworked and underslept - lots of inflammatory imbalances.  I thought I was superwoman at some point because I could work without eating (who knew I was in a state of Fight or Flight (STRESS!!)).   Ironically, I did not know that the feeling of being a superwoman could have been a roadmap to pre-mature aging and disease.

I learned that what we do every moment for the mind, body and spirit  make a world of difference - even one little change!  I hope that perhaps you may find that one little thing that could make a big difference for you!

From my health studies, I learned some of the common things I took for granted growing up in a Japanese household were secrets to optimal health.  Some new things for me was something so simple like breathing and understanding that food and herbs have particular therapeutic powers - now backed by modern science.  I’d like to share some of the life lessons I learned along this journey and still learning that is not commonly talked about in our Western main street.

I hope that the information provided could support healthy longevity, optimized immune health, balance of mind, body and spirit - ultimately to achieve all time happiness and bliss for you and those we love!  I am not a doctor so it is not medical advice just some ancient wisdoms that have history that it works ;)!
