Type II Diabetes is Reversible

Updated: Jan 24, 2021

Diabetes is the gateway disease. Scary! People do not die from diabetes but complications of diabetes. It is said that it takes you down one organ at a time from top to bottom.

Insulin resistance is just the tip of the iceberg. The 90% we cannot see is the chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, weight gain, nerve damage, retinal detachment, chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, neuropathy, amputation etc. It is common in the US but it's not normal!

Type II Diabetes is a disease where the body cannot handle simple carbohydrates anymore. The liver, pancreas and muscles have too much fat in them that in turn does not accept any more sugars to convert to energy thus storing it as fat.  So the body stops the insulin receptors from accepting any more carbohydrates causing insulin resistance or high blood sugar.

Therefore, it is a dietary disease that is reversible with changes in diet and lifestyle.

Medications on the other hand make the disease worse by fooling the body to accept insulin when the body just does not need any more carbs.

80% of the stuff in the supermarket is laced with added sugars, there are 56 different names for sugar.  The food industry (processed foods) employs a team of scientists to make supernormal druglike & toxic stimuluses to the brain i.e. using sugars and flour.

Food is medicine, every pigment in nature is natural medicine. The phytochemicals in whole plant foods keep down inflammation, cause insulin resistance to dissipate and fight back diseases.

The body is meant to heal itself so either make the drug company rich or your life rich.
